We take an Integrative, Individualized, & Empowerment-based approach to psychological services, whereby we incorporates brief, solutions focused interventions to address the overall psychological needs of a person to help reduce suffering and bring about optimal Well-being. We promote collaborative care centered upon the needs of each client while adapting meaningful, evidence-based practices such as DBT, ACT, MI, and CPT. We have had the pleasure of working with children, teens, and adults in hospital, outpatient and private practice settings for many years. Our specialties include psychological testing and treating a wide range of conditions such as: Anxiety and Mood Disorders, Trauma- and Stress-related conditions, Issues related to Relationship and Life transitions, as well as Substance Use Disorders. Access to high quality, affordable care for all of life's needs is very important to our practice and this is why we work with patients who would like to utilize their insurance benefits, while also providing a reasonably priced fee for service model for clients who do not have an insurance plan they would like to use.
